{TRIGGER WARNING: eating disorders} In this video I come clean about my lifelong eating disorder and how bikini competitions made it that much worse. I also talk about bulimia and binge eating disorder and what helped me finally recover.
My intention is that this podcast warns people against dieting because of the harmful physical and mental health consequences it can lead to. And to all my recovery warriors, you are not alone. Recovery is possible and worth it. And I am sending you so much self love.
